PRE-ORDER RETURNS

• Once the order shipping date is set, customers have a 14-day period to request a refund for pre-ordered exclusive limited edition vinyls.
  
• Refund requests must be submitted before the shipping date.
  

RETURNS FOR REFUNDS

• Customers can return products for a refund within 14 days of the shipping date, provided the vinyl is sealed and in the same condition it was shipped in.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at clientservices@odd-wax.com with your order details.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

• We do our best to ensure that all orders arrive safe and sound. However, if a product is damaged in transit, we are here to help.
• If you receive a damaged vinyl, please send images of the record and the packaging to info@odd-wax.com.
• Once we receive the images and verify the damage, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
  

RETURN PROCESS

• Contact our customer service team at clientservices@odd-wax.com to initiate a return.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
• Ensure the vinyl is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

EXCLUSIONS

• Opened or used vinyl records are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged or defective.
• Limited edition items that are no longer available for sale are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
